Friendswood Library Gala
The Friendswood Public Library's biggest fundraiser will be hosted by the Friends of the Library on March 8, 2025. The gala theme will be revealed in the coming weeks! Attendees will engage in an immersive experience at the library after dark and enjoy a live band, bid on fabulous auction items, and dine on delicious food. Costumes and theme-based attire are encouraged. Tickets to this one of a kind event are limited and will be available for purchase this fall. Attendees must be 21 or older to attend. The funds raised at this event will benefit the library's long term strategic plans.

We love our Friendswood Public Library and the patrons it serves. As such, our purpose is to support the Library’s mission and vision to engage, educate, entertain, and empower the community. Through our sponsorship and funding of library operations, programs, events, and services, we aim to promote public awareness of our Library resources, achievements, and needs. The Friends of the Library is a 501c3 charitable organization. We are not a department of the City of Friendswood.
